This is my third year teaching 8th grade math at Osborne Middle School in the Gwinnett County Public School System.  I moved to Georgia from upstate New York where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Oswego.  While in New York, I was the assistant field hockey coach at the university.  I also hold a Bachelor of Science in business from Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania.  Currently, I am completing the Masters of Art and Teaching program at Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia. 

I have been married two years to my best friend, Michael Bearchell, and we live in Lawrenceville, Georgia.  In my free time, I enjoy exercising, playing games and spending time with my family and friends.  My favorite place to vacation is at the beach; however, I also enjoy getting away to a nice cabin every now and again!
